Daily Office Pickup

A monthly Dubai to Abu Dhabi commute with the same seat, same driver and one fixed price every month, twice a day, for commuters and company accounts alike.

Your commute, handled — not re-booked every morning

A one-off car lift solves one journey. A commute is not one journey — it is roughly 44 of them a month, in both directions, always at the same time, always to the same address. Booking that seat by seat is pointless admin, and it is also more expensive than it needs to be. The monthly plan replaces the whole thing with one arrangement and one number.

Here is what a plan actually consists of. We agree your pick-up address, your office address, your morning and evening times, and how many days a week you travel. You are then assigned to a car with a named driver and a fixed seat. You have his mobile number and he has yours. From that point on nobody books anything — the car is outside at the agreed time until you tell us otherwise.

What the monthly rate is based on

A monthly plan starts from our standard shared seat fare, counts your real working days, and discounts from there — because a committed seat five days a week is worth more to us than a seat we have to sell fresh each morning. You get one figure for the month, invoiced or paid by transfer, and it does not move because of traffic, fuel or a busy week. The journey itself is the same 75 to 100 minutes on the E11 Sheikh Zayed Road as any other lift we run.

Who this actually suits

  • Abu Dhabi residents with Dubai jobs — collected from Khalifa City, Mussafah, Al Reem Island, Yas Island or the city centre, dropped at the office door.
  • Dubai residents commuting south — from Deira, Bur Dubai, Al Barsha, Marina, JLT, Business Bay, Silicon Oasis or International City.
  • Companies with staff on the wrong side of the border — several employees on one plan, one monthly invoice, no mileage claims to process.
  • Two-car households considering dropping to one — a monthly seat costs far less than running a second car across 250 km a day.

The practical bits people ask about

Days off. Tell us the evening before and we hold your seat without sending a car. Leave, business trips and sick days are normal; we don’t fine you for them, and a longer absence gets reflected in that month’s invoice.

Late finishes. Message the driver. If the car can wait ten minutes it will. If it can’t — four other people are in it with their own evenings — we look for a seat on a later departure. What we won’t do is hold a full car indefinitely.

Driver cover. When your regular driver is on leave you are told in advance who is replacing him, with the name, number and plate, the day before.

To set one up, send us your two addresses and your working hours on WhatsApp. We’ll come back with a monthly figure and a start date, usually the same day. If you’d rather try it first, book a few single seats and switch across once you’re happy with the timing.

What a monthly plan gets you

  • The same driver, every day — one named driver, one car, one plate, and his number in your phone. You stop explaining where you live every morning; he already knows which entrance to use.
  • One price for the month — discounted below the standard per-trip seat fare, fixed regardless of traffic or fuel, and paid by transfer or invoice. Days you don’t travel don’t get charged as full trips.
  • Company accounts, one invoice — put several staff on a single plan and finance gets one monthly invoice instead of a pile of mileage claims. We build the collection loops around where your team lives.

FAQ

Daily Office Pickup — your questions

How is the monthly rate worked out?
We start from our standard shared seat fare, count your actual working days, and discount from there. Two trips a day across five days a week is around 44 journeys a month, so the monthly plan lands well below booking each leg separately. We quote one number for the month and it does not change with traffic or fuel.
Do I get the same driver every day?
Yes, that is the point of the plan. You get one named driver with the same car and plate, and you have his number directly. When he is on leave we tell you in advance who is covering, rather than sending a stranger to your building at 06:00.
What happens on days I don't travel?
Tell us the day before and we hold the seat without sending a car. Occasional leave, business trips and sick days are normal and we don't penalise them. If you are away for a full week or more, message us and we will adjust that month's invoice rather than charge you for an empty seat.
Can my company pay for several staff on one account?
Yes. We run corporate accounts where several employees share a plan and the company receives a single monthly invoice paid by bank transfer, instead of each person claiming mileage. Tell us how many staff and which areas they live in and we will build the routes around them.
What if my working hours change?
A permanent change to your start or finish time may move you to a different car, so give us a few days' notice and we will re-plan the loop. A one-off late finish is easier — message us and we will either hold the evening car briefly or move you to a later departure if one has a free seat.
