About MA Transport

The people behind your daily car lift

We're a small Dubai-based transport team built around one route we know better than any other: the 140 km between Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Most of the people in our cars make that drive every working day.

Who we are

Started because the commute was the problem

MA Transport Services began with a handful of cars and a simple observation: thousands of people live in one emirate and work in the other, and almost all of them were doing that drive alone. Two and a half hours behind the wheel, fuel, Salik, parking, and a car ageing faster than it should.

So we started running scheduled trips instead of chasing one-off jobs. A car leaves Dubai in the morning and comes back from Abu Dhabi in the evening, on times that match office hours rather than whenever a booking happens to appear. That's still how the business works today, and it's why our carpool between Dubai and Abu Dhabi fills up with the same faces week after week.

Everything else we do — office pick & drop, event transport, parcel delivery, car rental — grew out of that route. Passengers asked, and we already had drivers on the road.

What we actually are

A commuter service, not a taxi app

No surge pricing, no rating you out of the car, no algorithm deciding your fare two minutes before departure. Just a schedule, a price and a driver you'll recognise.

Fixed shared fares

A shared carpool seat between Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The same fixed fare today, tomorrow and at 6pm on a Thursday.

75–100 minutes

Typical door-to-door time on the E11 Sheikh Zayed Road. We build departures around peak hours, not through them.

Mostly regulars

The bulk of our seats go to monthly commuters. That's why the schedule holds — people plan their working day around it.

Licensed drivers

Every driver holds a valid UAE licence, knows both cities, and drives the same route often enough to read its traffic.

Our promise

Five things we don't move on

These aren't slogans. They're the rules we hold our drivers to, and the reasons people keep their seat on our Dubai carpool instead of shopping around every month.

  • Fixed fares. You get the price in writing on WhatsApp before you travel, and that's what you pay at the drop-off. No meter, no surge, no rounding up because it rained.
  • Licensed drivers. Valid UAE licence, and enough runs on this route to know which exit to take at 7:40am and which to avoid.
  • Clean, air-conditioned sedans. Serviced on schedule — a breakdown halfway down the E11 costs everyone in the car their morning.
  • Door-to-door where we can. We collect from your building and drop at your office gate — not a meeting point three kilometres away that costs you a taxi at both ends.
  • One WhatsApp number. Book, move your time, or cancel by message on +971 50 149 4561. No app, no account, no password reset at 6am.
How we work

What happens between your message and your seat

Nothing clever, and that's the point. Three steps, no app, and a person reading your message at the other end.

You tell us the trip

Route, date, time, and whether you want a shared seat or the whole car. If you're a daily commuter, tell us your office hours instead — we'll fit you to an existing departure.

We come back with a fare and a time

Usually within a couple of minutes. The fare is fixed, the departure is real, and nothing is charged or locked in until you reply yes.

You meet your driver

You get their name, number and car details the day before. They pick you up at your door, and you pay cash at the end of the trip — or by monthly transfer if you're on a plan.

Try one trip and see

Send us your route and time on WhatsApp. We'll reply with a fixed fare and a departure — usually within a couple of minutes, any hour of the day.
