Parcel Delivery

Same-day parcel and document delivery between Dubai and Abu Dhabi, collected from your door and handed to a named person, tracked on one human WhatsApp thread.

When the thing has to be there today

The gap this fills is specific. A standard courier will get an envelope from Dubai to Abu Dhabi eventually, via a sorting facility and a scan trail and probably tomorrow. But the drive itself is 75 to 100 minutes down the E11. If a contract needs signing this afternoon, or a workshop in Mussafah is waiting on a part before it can finish a job, or someone in Khalifa City has locked themselves out and the spare key is in Al Barsha — the constraint was never the distance. It was the process.

We already run cars on this route all day. Your parcel travels on one of them, or in a dedicated car if it cannot wait for the next departure.

What we carry

  • Documents — contracts, tenancy paperwork, passports, visa and PRO documents, cheques and originals that cannot be emailed.
  • Keys and access cards — house keys, car keys, office fobs; the classic Friday-afternoon emergency.
  • Laptops and equipment — the machine somebody left in the wrong emirate before a Monday meeting.
  • Spare parts and samples — workshop parts to Mussafah, product samples to a client meeting.
  • General packages — anything that fits sensibly in a car boot.

What we will not take: cash, hazardous or flammable goods, anything needing refrigeration, live animals, and anything that is not legal to move in the UAE. If you are not sure, describe it on WhatsApp — you will get a straight answer in a minute rather than a discovery at the collection point.

How a delivery actually runs

You send us the collection address, the delivery address, the recipient’s name and number, and what the item is. We come back with a fixed price and a collection window. The driver collects, photographs the item at hand-over if you want that, and sends the photo through. At the other end he calls the recipient, hands it over in person, and you get a confirmation message. That is the whole tracking system — one WhatsApp thread with a human on it, which for a same-day job beats a tracking page that says “in transit” for six hours.

Timing, coverage and cost

Collected by mid-morning generally means delivered the same afternoon. We collect across Deira, Bur Dubai, Al Barsha, Marina, JLT, Business Bay, Silicon Oasis and International City, and deliver to Abu Dhabi city centre, Khalifa City, Mussafah, Al Reem Island and Yas Island — in both directions, since plenty of our parcels go north.

Price depends on urgency rather than weight. An envelope riding on a scheduled departure is the cheap option, priced close to a shared seat. A dedicated car that leaves the moment it is loaded is priced like a private lift. Companies moving documents between offices regularly should ask about a monthly account — same arrangement as our office plans, billed once a month instead of job by job.

How our parcel service is different

  • No depot, no sorting — your item goes into a car and comes out at the destination. It doesn’t get scanned into a facility, sorted overnight or consolidated with someone else’s freight.
  • Handed to a named person — the driver calls your recipient and gives it to them directly. Nothing is left with a guard or a reception desk unless you’ve told us that’s fine.
  • Tracking that’s a human — one WhatsApp thread: collection confirmed, a photo at hand-over if you want one, delivery confirmed. You can ask a question and get an answer, not a status page.

FAQ

Parcel Delivery — your questions

How quickly can a parcel get from Dubai to Abu Dhabi?
If it is collected by mid-morning it is normally delivered the same afternoon, because the drive itself is only 75 to 100 minutes on the E11. What sets the timing is our next departure, not the distance. For anything genuinely urgent we can send a dedicated car that leaves immediately and goes nowhere else.
What can you carry, and what won't you take?
We carry documents, contracts, passports and visa paperwork, keys, laptops, samples, spare parts and normal packages that fit in a car boot. We do not carry cash, anything hazardous or flammable, anything requiring refrigeration, live animals, or anything that is not legal to move in the UAE. If you are unsure, describe it on WhatsApp and we will tell you straight away.
Who actually receives the parcel at the other end?
A person you name. We do not leave items at a reception desk, in a mailroom or with a guard unless you specifically tell us that is acceptable. The driver calls the recipient on arrival, hands it over directly and sends you a confirmation on WhatsApp.
How much does parcel delivery between the emirates cost?
It depends on urgency and size. An envelope travelling on a scheduled departure is the cheapest option, priced close to a shared seat. A dedicated car that leaves immediately is priced like a private lift. We quote a fixed figure on WhatsApp before collection, and it does not change afterwards.
Can you collect from one address and deliver to two?
Yes. Multi-drop runs are common for companies sending documents to several Abu Dhabi offices in one trip — the city centre, Mussafah and Khalifa City in a single loop, for example. Tell us the addresses when you book and we will quote the run as one job rather than three separate deliveries.
